Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Bash Media LLC ("we", "us") collects through bashmediallc.com and how we use it. Each of our other websites has its own privacy policy.

Who we are

Bash Media LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. You can reach us at contact@bashmediallc.com.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, organization (if you provide it), the topic you choose and your message.
• A fingerprint of your IP address. To limit abuse of the contact form, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for one hour. We never store your IP address itself for this purpose.
• Technical logs. Like any web host, our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use the information you send only to read and answer your message. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not use your information for advertising.

How long we keep it

Messages stay in our mailbox for as long as we need them to handle your request, and for no more than 24 months. The IP address fingerprint is deleted after one hour. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider according to its own retention rules.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your personal information. We use three service providers that process data on our behalf:

• OVHcloud, which hosts this website;
• Google, which hosts our mailbox (Google Workspace);
• Cloudflare, which delivers and protects this website.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to contact@bashmediallc.com. We will answer within the time required by applicable law.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
